From alarm to shelter – infrastructure for resilience
The panel will focus on the issues of public alerting and the construction of shelters. Both of these areas in Poland require urgent investment and a coherent concept clearly showing what a system should look like that will be able to effectively protect as many people as possible in an emergency situation.
